I have a passion to be involved in helping those who are at risk or who are already afflicted with testicular cancer.
“When I found out, I was lost. I didn’t know where to look for answers and nobody seemed to know either.
If I can somehow minimize that fear of others through my experience I have an obligation and a need to do so.
I am hiking to bring awareness to Testicular Cancer and help direct men to both secular and faith based resources for all aspects of their lives.
Then said I, Here am I; send me.
Isaiah 6:8
My goal is to offer men a place of refuge, rejuvenation, and learning, while challenging them to be the best they can be in a daily walk with God and their families.
The funds necessary for this endeavor will be raised through mile matching funds and general donations by both corporate and individual sponsors. These funds will be used not only to provide access to resources, but also to direct men and their families to them. I hope to encourage men, in all aspects of their lives using both secular and faith based options in the areas of education, health, finances, and much more.
